AxLEN = 7 on an INCR burst. How many data beats will transfer?
AxLEN encodes (number of beats − 1). So AxLEN = 7 means 8 beats. Always add 1. This encoding lets AxLEN values 0–255 represent 1–256 beats respectively. A value of 0 = single beat transfer (no burst).
