Which type of hazard occurs when an instruction tries to read a register before a preceding instruction has written to it, leading to incorrect data?
A Read After Write (RAW) Data Hazard is the most common type of data dependency. It happens when instruction B tries to read a register value that is supposed to be written by an earlier instruction A, but instruction A write has not yet completed in the pipeline. If instruction B proceeds, it will read the old, incorrect value.
